The project is the second part of an overall measure that aims to set up an educational center in the municipality of Lucre for the collection, sale and shipping of alpaca wool. Sub-project 2 includes the shell of the educational center and affects the families of alpaca breeders in all 5 municipalities of the nation of Qero (approx. 3,000 people). The shell construction measures in accordance with Peruvian building regulations take into account protection against earthquakes and include the excavation, the foundation, the supporting structure and the roof, but not yet any masonry.

Der Rohbau ohne Mauerwerk eines Bildungszentrums zur Sammlung, Verkauf und Versand von Alpakawolle ist errichtet.
Das Projekt ist der 2. Teil im Rahmen einer Gesamtmaßnahme, welche das Ziel hat, in der Gemeinde Lucre ein Bildungszentrum zur Sammlung, Verkauf und Versand von Alpakawolle einzurichten. Das Teilprojekt 2 beinhaltet den Rohbau für das Bildungszentrum und wirkt auf die Familien der Alpakazüchter aller 5 Gemeinden der Nation Qero (ca. 3.000 Menschen). Die Rohbaumaßnahmen gem. den peruanischen Bauvorgaben berücksichtigen den Schutz vor Erdbeben und beinhalten den Erdaushub, das Fundament, die Tragkonstruktion und das Dach, aber noch kein Mauerwerk.
